Your experience with transaction-level data underwriting, particularly with tools like Plaid and Alloy, sets you apart. You are familiar with capital markets and structured finance, which enhances your ability to make strategic decisions that support portfolio growth. You are data-driven and thrive on using analytics to inform your strategies.
Desirable
Experience with structured finance and capital markets is a plus, as is familiarity with transaction-level data underwriting tools. You are always looking to expand your knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, which helps you lead your team effectively.
What you'll do
As the Credit Analyst Manager, you will lead the credit analyst team in evaluating new and existing applicants for Parkerβs corporate card and lending products. You will refine and maintain credit policies, approval thresholds, and risk segmentation logic to ensure that the company can scale its credit operations effectively. Your role will involve analyzing financials and bank statements to assess creditworthiness, as well as developing strategies to streamline underwriting processes.
You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that credit policies align with overall business objectives. Your insights will help shape the company's approach to risk management and portfolio growth. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring your team, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
