Parker Group Inc is hiring a Head of SaaS Partnerships to drive client acquisition through strategic partnerships. You'll work closely with SaaS vendors and consultancies to generate new business opportunities. This role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in building and managing partnerships within the SaaS ecosystem — you've successfully negotiated deals that have led to significant revenue growth and client acquisition. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize the impact of partnerships. You understand the importance of creating a repeatable partner engine that consistently delivers results.
You possess a strong understanding of the SaaS landscape and can identify key players that align with the company's mission — your ability to analyze market trends and recognize opportunities for collaboration sets you apart. You are results-driven, with a focus on turning partnerships into qualified leads and revenue growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with SaaS providers and consultancies — your goal is to generate new business opportunities through these relationships. You will design referral and co-selling programs that ensure partnerships consistently deliver client introductions and revenue. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a repeatable partner engine that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that partnerships are effectively integrated into the overall business strategy — this includes working with Sales to align on lead generation efforts and with Marketing to co-market initiatives. Your role will also involve analyzing the performance of partnerships and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
