Who you are

You have a strong background in technical solutions architecture and have spent several years leading teams in a similar capacity. Your experience includes working closely with strategic partners, providing technical guidance, and developing comprehensive business plans that drive growth. You are intellectually curious and motivated to win, with a proven track record of building robust alliances with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs). Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills allow you to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.

You possess proven project management skills, enabling you to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a results-oriented mindset. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are strong, allowing you to navigate complex challenges in the financial infrastructure space. You have experience in environments that feature billing, payments, fraud solutions, or similar, which gives you a solid foundation for understanding the needs of Stripe's partners.

What you'll do

As the Partner Solutions Architecture Manager, you will lead a growing team of talented Solutions Architects, working closely with the Alliances & Channels team. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing alliances with key partners such as Salesforce, Commerce tools, and AWS, as well as Global System Integrators like Accenture and PWC. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical business plans for partners, identifying and incubating service offerings built on or with Stripe, and driving growth through co-solutioning, education, and enablement.

You will act as a critical technical liaison to the Stripe Partner Development Manager and partners, ensuring that all technical aspects of partnerships are well-managed and executed. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within Stripe to align partner solutions with Stripe's offerings, ensuring that partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You will also be expected to mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
