What you'll do
As an Account Operations Knowledge Associate, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between brand partners and internal teams. You will assist in developing and maintaining Passport's knowledge infrastructure, ensuring that partners have the resources they need to succeed in their global endeavors. Your role will involve gathering insights from partners and relaying them to internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Account Ops Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience, helping brands navigate the complexities of international shipping and e-commerce. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in the field.
