Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, particularly in creating user-friendly interfaces and data visualizations that help users make informed decisions. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You understand the importance of user research and data-driven design, ensuring that your work is grounded in real user needs and behaviors.

You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, allowing you to create high-fidelity prototypes and collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively helps you advocate for user-centered design principles within your team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring junior designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Business Intelligence at Patreon, focusing on how creators interact with their performance data. You will design intuitive insights experiences that allow creators to visualize their data effectively, helping them identify growth opportunities and optimize their content strategies. Your work will directly impact how creators understand their audiences and make decisions that drive their businesses forward.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to launch new product surfaces powered by intelligence, ensuring that the designs you create are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, iterating on designs based on feedback, and ensuring that the final products meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility.
