Who you are
You are detail-oriented and organized, with a basic understanding of CRM tools and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You have strong communication and organizational skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key. Your attention to detail ensures that email campaigns are executed flawlessly, and you are eager to learn and grow in your role. You may have some experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing, which will help you understand the nuances of customer engagement. A basic CRM certification, such as Klaviyo, is preferred but not mandatory.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution and design of email marketing campaigns, ensuring that all communications are timely and accurate. You will be responsible for generating meaningful reports that track the success of these campaigns, focusing on key performance indicators such as accuracy and speed of delivery.
