What you'll do

As the VP of International at Pattern, you will be responsible for evolving our international business strategy and operating model. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment and drive profitability in each international market. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize our approach to global ecommerce.

You will lead initiatives that enhance our operational capabilities, ensuring that we leverage our proprietary technology and AI effectively across various markets. Collaborating with teams in advertising, content management, logistics, and customer service, you will ensure that our strategies are integrated and aligned with our overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
