Overview

Pattern is hiring a Fulfillment Brand Manager to oversee partner success utilizing their third-party logistics services. You'll be the primary liaison between fulfillment partners and logistics operations in Lehi, UT.

What you'll do

As the Fulfillment Brand Manager, you will oversee the success of partners utilizing Pattern’s third-party logistics services. You will work closely with fulfillment partners to ensure their needs are met and that they are leveraging Pattern’s technology effectively. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance partner performance.

You will collaborate with various teams within Pattern to ensure seamless logistics operations and address any issues that may arise. Your insights will be crucial in optimizing the fulfillment process and driving overall partner satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on partner success metrics.
