Bigblue is hiring a Head of Fulfillment to lead the strategy and execution of their European warehouse network. You'll drive operational excellence and innovation while ensuring cost optimization. This role requires fluency in French and English.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in logistics and fulfillment operations, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving performance improvements. Your experience includes managing 3PL networks and optimizing warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. You are equally comfortable discussing high-level strategy with executives and engaging with warehouse teams on the ground. Your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills enable you to connect with individuals at all levels of the organization, from warehouse staff to board members. You are fluent in both French and English, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus. You bring experience in capacity planning, network design, or launching new fulfillment sites, which will be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As the Head of Fulfillment at Bigblue, you will lead the strategy and execution of our European warehouse network, ensuring that we operate faster, smarter, and at the right cost. You will own the performance of our 3PL network and drive cost optimization initiatives while championing innovation across our warehouse operations. Your mission will include ensuring SLA delivery and exploring automation and robotics to enhance our fulfillment processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuously improve our logistics capabilities. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling our operations to meet the growing demands of our clients and the e-commerce market.
