Pattern is hiring an HR Onboarding and Benefits Specialist to enhance employee experience from onboarding through long-term success. You'll manage the onboarding journey and support benefits administration in a hybrid role based in Lehi, Utah.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring they have a seamless experience from offer acceptance to their first day. You will support benefits administration, helping employees understand their options and navigate the enrollment process. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Your role will involve continuous improvement of onboarding processes, utilizing feedback and data to enhance the experience. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
