Pattern is hiring an Associate Inventory Manager to execute demand forecasting and inventory planning for a defined group of brands. You'll work closely with senior team members to ensure inventory health and instock rates. This role is based in Lehi, Utah, with a hybrid work schedule.

What you'll do
As an Associate Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for executing demand forecasting and inventory planning for a specific group of brands. You will work closely with senior team members to develop strategies that optimize inventory levels and ensure that products are available when needed. Your performance will be measured by forecast accuracy, inventory health, instock rates, and execution consistency, so you will need to stay on top of these metrics.
You will communicate regularly with brands to understand their needs and align inventory strategies accordingly. This role requires collaboration with various departments, including logistics and fulfillment, to ensure that inventory is managed effectively across all channels. You will also be involved in weekly ordering processes, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that brands can meet their sales goals.
