What you'll do
As a Senior Key Account Manager at Paytm, you will engage with premium merchants, tracking their portfolios and maintaining effective communication to ensure service delivery. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets across multiple payment solutions, including QR codes and point of sale software, driving product penetration and revenue growth. Your role will involve enabling new business lines and promoting the Paytm brand in the marketplace, ensuring that merchants are satisfied and their grievances are resolved promptly.
You will plan and execute day-to-day activities alongside your team, reviewing deliverables to ensure that objectives are met.
