Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, particularly in the fintech sector, and are comfortable engaging with premium merchants to ensure their needs are met. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of your responsibilities and navigate ambiguity effectively. Your ability to articulate complex solutions to novice customers sets you apart, and you are passionate about contributing to a fast-growing firm.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to track and attend to merchant grievances efficiently. Your experience in meeting sales targets and ensuring product penetration will be crucial in this role. You are proactive in gathering feedback from the market to enhance existing offerings and stay ahead of the competition.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with premium merchants, tracking their portfolios and ensuring that service is delivered effectively in assigned areas. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets across multiple payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, and point of sales software. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth and enabling new business lines while promoting the Paytm brand in the marketplace.

You will also be tasked with resolving merchant grievances promptly and planning day-to-day activities alongside your team. Gathering consistent market feedback will be essential for understanding customer needs and improving service delivery. Your efforts will contribute to higher sales conversions and customer retention, making a significant impact on the company's growth.
