You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in engaging with premium clients and ensuring their needs are met. What you'll do
In this role, you will engage with premium merchants, tracking their portfolios and ensuring that service is delivered effectively in your assigned areas. You will meet sales targets for various payment solutions, including QR codes and point of sale software, while promoting the brand in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing day-to-day activities with your team, reviewing deliverables, and gathering consistent feedback from the market to enhance existing offerings.
You will also be responsible for deploying products and articulating their benefits at client locations, ensuring that customer satisfaction leads to higher sales conversions and retention. Your ability to track and attend to merchant grievances will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
