Job Description

Who you are

You have 2-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth. Your existing contacts with direct corporate merchants will be invaluable as you navigate the market dynamics and client requirements. You are self-motivated and capable of independently driving sales initiatives, ensuring a healthy sales funnel at all times.

You understand the importance of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and are adept at identifying, developing, pitching, and executing deals quickly. Your strong understanding of client dynamics allows you to effectively manage and grow your portfolio of accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business in your designated territory by selling Paytm's payment solutions, including Standalone & Integrated solutions, EDC, DQR, Sound box, BPOS, and EMI. You will need to engage with large corporate and enterprise accounts, managing existing portfolios while also sourcing new clients. Your ability to build and manage a sales pipeline will be crucial to your success, as will your capacity to conduct market visits as per the beat plan.

You will work closely with the enterprise team to ensure that you are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve not only selling but also understanding the market landscape and adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients. You will be expected to maintain a healthy funnel for the business and achieve the sales targets assigned to you.
