What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the distribution and market share of Paytm's QR and Soundbox products across multiple locations. You will lead the recruitment and development of a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the market. Your strategic planning will involve assessing market size and identifying key geographies for expansion.
You will oversee the deployment of QR and Soundbox products, ensuring that visibility and accountability are maintained throughout the sales process. Regular monitoring of quality parameters as suggested by management will be part of your responsibilities, along with conducting audits on acquisitions and sales made by your team. You will ensure that team members are actively engaging in the market, driving sales and usage of the products.
