Paytm is hiring a Business Analyst - Manager for their Lending Collections team to manage programs and drive efficiency through data-driven insights. You'll work with SQL and Python to handle large-scale data and prepare reports for management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, demonstrating strong business and technical acumen. You are results-oriented with a strong delivery focus, capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Your exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills enable you to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. You possess strong oral and written communication skills, allowing you to present confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You are hands-on with SQL and Python, with advanced SQL skills necessary for handling very large-scale data. Your experience with dashboarding tools like Looker or Apache Superset enhances your ability to visualize data effectively. You have a strong data-driven mindset and problem-solving ability, which allows you to assess data requirements and generate key insights that drive business efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage programs and own the data pipeline, focusing on generating insights that optimize key business metrics. You will prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions based on relevant data. Your responsibilities will include using automated tools to extract, clean, and prepare data from both primary and secondary sources. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that data-driven strategies are effectively implemented across the organization.
