Who you are

You have 5-8 years of progressive experience in lending and managing external relationships — you've successfully navigated complex integrations and understand the nuances of partnership dynamics. Your experience includes working with technology integrations, which gives you an edge in managing lending partner relationships effectively.

You excel in communication and negotiation skills — your strong bias for driving results in a high-performance environment has led to successful partnerships in the past. You possess strong relationship and leadership skills, allowing you to act as a single point of contact for business, risk, compliance, legal, and product/tech teams.

Your ability to understand partner requirements and ensure alignment between Paytm and partners is a key strength — you thrive in environments where you can handhold partners through the integration process and ensure timelines are met. You are adept at managing partner governance on an ongoing basis, ensuring smooth functioning of partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating Paytm's products and commercials to partners, ensuring they understand the value proposition. You will manage integrations and negotiate agreements, ensuring that onboarding happens smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve acting as a single point of contact for partners, facilitating communication between various internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will project manage the integration process for product and tech, ensuring that all timelines are met and that partners are well-supported throughout the go-live process. Your responsibilities will also include managing partner governance on an ongoing basis, ensuring that all aspects of the partnership are functioning smoothly and profitably.
