Who you are
You have a strong background in regulatory compliance, particularly within the financial services sector, and are familiar with SEBI regulations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail enable you to identify potential risks and areas for improvement effectively. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey complex compliance matters clearly to various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for preparing reports and documentation.

What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in the onboarding, documentation, monitoring, and surveillance for Authorized Persons, Affiliates, and Referral Partners, including conducting physical meetings when necessary. You will conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Preparing and submitting regulatory filings, reports, and documentation as required by SEBI will be a key responsibility. You will also be responsible for conducting regular training sessions for the Business Development team and Authorized Persons on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information for compliance reviews and audits will be crucial to your success in this role.
