You are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and time management skills, which are crucial for managing multiple investigations simultaneously.

What you'll do

As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ethics investigations within Paytm. You will conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into alleged ethical violations, ensuring that all relevant information is collected and analyzed. This includes interviewing relevant parties, reviewing documentation, and gathering evidence to support your findings. You will evaluate and analyze the findings of each investigation to determine the severity and impact of any ethical violations, providing recommendations for action where necessary. Maintaining confidentiality is paramount in this role, as you will handle sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies and legal requirements throughout the investigation process.
