Your interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that ethical standards are upheld across the organization.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills, which are crucial for evaluating and analyzing findings from investigations. You are proficient in using investigation tools and software, which aids in your ability to conduct comprehensive investigations. Your high level of integrity and ethical conduct is evident in your approach to handling sensitive matters, making you a trusted leader in the organization.

What you'll do

As the Senior Compliance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of ethics investigations within Paytm. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough investigations into alleged ethical violations, which includes interviewing relevant parties, reviewing documentation, and gathering evidence. You will evaluate and analyze the findings to determine the severity and impact of any ethical violations, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks.

You will work closely with the Ethics Investigation Leads and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with ethical standards. Your role will require you to maintain confidentiality throughout the investigation process, handling sensitive information with the utmost care. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to ethics investigations, ensuring that the organization adheres to best practices in this area.

In addition to conducting investigations, you will provide training and guidance to other team members on ethical standards and investigation procedures. Your expertise will help foster a culture of integrity within the organization, encouraging employees to report any ethical concerns without fear of retaliation. You will also collaborate with legal and HR teams to address any issues that arise from investigations, ensuring that all actions taken are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
