Who you are
You have a strong background in HR analytics and management information systems, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive HR strategies. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent program management capabilities, ensuring that HR initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. You have a proven track record of building predictive models for workforce planning and attrition, and you are comfortable collaborating with HR and business leaders to enhance decision-making processes. Your experience includes designing and automating HR dashboards and reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of workforce metrics.
Desirable
Experience with data compliance and capability building within HR teams is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as SQL for data analysis will enhance your ability to provide data-backed recommendations for policy and process improvements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design, automation, and governance of HR dashboards and analytics, ensuring that all reporting is accurate and timely. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic HR initiatives.
