Who you are

You have a solid background in IT procurement management, with experience leading end-to-end procurement activities for IT hardware, software, and services. You understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with key IT vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to source competitive quotations and achieve cost savings for your organization.

You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple procurement processes simultaneously. You have experience preparing and issuing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to potential IT vendors, and you know how to evaluate and onboard suppliers effectively. Your analytical skills enable you to maintain procurement MIS and trackers for IT spend, vendor performance, and contract lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the procurement activities for IT hardware, software, and services at Paytm. You will prepare and issue RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to potential IT vendors, ensuring that the procurement process is efficient and compliant with company policies. You will identify, evaluate, and onboard IT suppliers, building strong relationships with key vendors to monitor their performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.

You will be responsible for sourcing competitive quotations for IT products and services, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value for money. Additionally, you will review and validate IT-related purchase requisitions from internal departments, converting approved PRs into POs and following up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.

Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records of procurement agreements, contracts, and vendor communications. You will provide regular reports and insights to management on IT procurement metrics, helping to drive strategic decisions within the organization.
