You excel in managing purchase requests and applying effective sourcing strategies to identify quality vendors. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to secure favorable terms in technology contracts while focusing on cost optimization and service quality. You are comfortable drafting RFQ or RFP documents and have a solid understanding of procurement policies and procedures.

What you'll do

In this role, you will evaluate potential suppliers to assess their compatibility with business needs, ensuring that quality and pricing considerations are met. You will lead the onboarding process for suppliers, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase requests and applying sourcing strategies to secure quality vendors that align with the company's operational goals.

You will draft RFQ or RFP documents to source quotes and proposals for open purchase requests from various departments, collaborating closely with the senior procurement manager to ensure alignment. Your role will also involve supplier selection, where you will follow established procurement policies and procedures to make informed decisions.

Additionally, you will negotiate technology contracts, focusing on achieving cost optimization and maintaining high service quality. You will prepare selection reports and obtain necessary approvals before proceeding with purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate release of POs. Communication and collaboration with suppliers will be key as you coordinate deliveries to various centers across India and globally.
