Who you are

You have proven relevant experience in procurement or sourcing, demonstrating strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Your proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and Coupa sets you apart in the field. You possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, enabling you to effectively manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with compliance in procurement policies will be beneficial. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for maintaining structured records and tracking procurement agreements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will prepare and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to potential vendors, identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers into the system. You will source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value for money. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying purchase requisitions from various departments, converting approved PRs into POs, and following up with vendors for order confirmation and delivery.

You will ensure adherence to compliance with procurement policies and procedures while maintaining relevant MIS and trackers. Building strong vendor relationships and monitoring their performance will be key to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining structured records and information related to all procurement agreements.
