You have a strong mix of technical expertise and business acumen — your hands-on experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management (KAM) is complemented by a solid understanding of banking or financial products. You thrive in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery of projects while aligning business and technology goals to enhance customer outcomes.
Your background includes a technical foundation in software development, which allows you to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand the technical aspects of the projects you manage. You are adept at translating business objectives into actionable project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with B2B clients and understand their needs. Your ability to monitor program progress and manage risks ensures that projects are delivered on time and meet the desired outcomes. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Desirable
Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a plus, as it will enhance your understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities within this vertical. Familiarity with payment solutions and financial services will also be beneficial in driving the success of the programs you manage.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across multiple business and technology teams.
