Job Description
Who you are
You have 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, particularly in managing teams and building relationships with clients. Your ability to train and motivate field sales executives is crucial, as is your knack for networking and relationship building. You are comfortable with extensive travel throughout your assigned geographic area, ensuring that your team is present in the market to maximize sales opportunities. You understand the importance of meeting sales targets and corporate objectives, and you are committed to driving performance and growth in your region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) sales in Mumbai. You will oversee an assigned geographic sales area, maximizing sales targets and ensuring that your team meets corporate objectives. Building and maintaining relationships with key client personnel will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as will managing category leads from qualification to closure. You will ensure that your team is actively engaged in the market, regularly conducting sales and usage activities. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring, training, and mentoring new field sales executives, ensuring that attrition is controlled and that your team remains motivated and guided to perform at their best.
