What you'll do

As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of distribution and market share in your assigned area of operations. You will ensure visibility and accountability through extensive deployment of QR & Sound Box products, as well as Electronic Data Capture (EDC) devices. Identifying and recruiting a skilled sales team will be a key focus, as you align and drive business in the market. You will plan the market size, span, and geographies for your team of Assistant Sales Managers (ASMs), ensuring that they have clear targets and objectives.

You will devise effective communication methods to convey plans and targets to your team, minimizing the expectations versus delivery gap. Monitoring quality parameters as suggested by management will be crucial, as will validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales performed by your team. You will manage a large team of 5-10 ASMs and over 500 indirect employees, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to meet their targets. Your role will involve regular travel to meet clients and stakeholders, fostering relationships that drive business success.
