Who you are

You have over 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Your background includes managing a sales team of at least five members, where you've successfully driven growth and achieved sales targets. You possess excellent market knowledge and are adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including PSU and oil marketing companies.

You are proficient in Excel and data tools, which you utilize to analyze sales metrics and drive strategic decisions. Your enthusiasm for growth and ability to adapt to changing market conditions make you a valuable asset to any sales team. You understand the importance of onboarding new merchants and servicing existing ones, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

What you'll do

As the Sales Team Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on offline payment solutions, particularly in the oil and gas vertical. Your role will involve onboarding new merchants and maintaining relationships with existing ones, ensuring they receive the best service possible. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, guiding them from initial outreach to final purchase.
