Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the Insurtech or Fintech sectors — you've successfully led product initiatives that integrate complex partner APIs and have a strong understanding of both backend and frontend development processes. Your problem-solving mindset allows you to navigate challenges effectively, ensuring that product flows are seamless and user-friendly.

You possess hands-on experience with partner API integrations, and you are familiar with technologies like JSON and REST — this technical knowledge enables you to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and ensure that product requirements are met. Your ability to define clear product requirements and write comprehensive PRDs is a testament to your attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and business — your strong communication skills help you coordinate efforts and drive execution through agile processes. You are data-driven, tracking product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement based on customer feedback and analytics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive product initiatives across the Paytm Insurance ecosystem, covering web, app, and APIs — your leadership will ensure that products are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate with external partners to integrate their APIs, ensuring smooth onboarding and product flows that enhance the user experience.

You will define product requirements and write clear PRDs, driving execution through agile processes — your ability to track product performance will allow you to identify opportunities for enhancement and lead feature improvements based on data and customer insights. You will ensure seamless coordination between backend and frontend development streams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
