Who you are
You have a strong background in IT support and are looking to make a significant impact on the daily lives of entrepreneurs. You thrive in environments that value trust, proactivity, and autonomy, and you are eager to contribute to a company that aims to become the most beloved financial Operating System for SMEs in France and beyond. You are rigorous and capable of solving problems autonomously, with a keen sensitivity to security and compliance issues. Your experience with data protection and access rights management is complemented by familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, which would be a plus. You are fluent in both English and French, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be in daily contact with all Pennylane teams, presenting and explaining IT rules and best practices. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the IT infrastructure supports the company's mission of helping entrepreneurs streamline their accounting and finance tasks. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of IT policies that enhance operational efficiency and security across the organization.
