You have a strong background in IT support management, with a focus on enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. Your understanding of security and compliance requirements, including data protection and access rights management, is robust, and you have experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance being a bonus. You are rigorous, autonomous, and pragmatic, thriving in environments that value trust and proactivity. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to interact effectively with all teams at Pennylane and present your IT support roadmap strategy clearly. You are fluent in both English and French, enabling you to engage with a diverse team and customer base.
What you'll do
As the IT Support Manager at Pennylane, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT support strategies that align with the company's vision of becoming the most beloved financial Operating System for SMEs. You will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional support to users, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their IT needs and challenges, allowing you to tailor support services accordingly. You will also oversee compliance with security standards, ensuring that all data protection measures are in place and that the team is trained on best practices. Regularly presenting your strategies and updates to the leadership team will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the IT support function.
