PeopleGrove is hiring a Product Manager to lead client-driven product initiatives and evolve key modules within their platform. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure client needs are understood and incorporated into product direction. Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. You possess excellent discovery skills and structured thinking, enabling you to translate customer input into scalable product improvements. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ensure that client needs are deeply understood and thoughtfully incorporated into the product direction.
You are not just a backlog manager; you understand the real problems that need solving and prioritize intentionally to ship high-quality solutions that create lasting value. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the needs of a rapidly growing company. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders is one of your key strengths.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead client-driven product initiatives, owning and evolving key modules within the PeopleGrove platform. You will partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features align with client needs and expectations. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, defining success metrics, and managing the product roadmap to prioritize features that deliver the most value.
You will also be responsible for facilitating communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on product goals and timelines. Your role will involve regular collaboration with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and insights that will inform product development. You will drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall mission of PeopleGrove to enhance engagement and streamline workflows for higher education institutions.
