PeopleGrove is hiring a Senior Product Manager to identify and unlock new growth opportunities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth in emerging markets. This position requires experience in product management and strategic decision-making.

Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in identifying and validating growth opportunities. You thrive in ambiguity and can operate with significant independence, understanding emerging markets and clarifying unmet needs. Your strategic mindset allows you to define priorities that align with company objectives and ensure focused growth paths.
You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You are comfortable driving your work forward without needing constant direction, demonstrating ownership and accountability in your role. Your ability to analyze data and market trends helps you make informed decisions that contribute to the company's success.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at PeopleGrove, you will focus on expansion into new segments and use cases, driving growth through onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and monetization strategies. You will explore the market to identify opportunities, prove the wedge for new products, and ship solutions that drive measurable growth. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining success metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies.
You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market analysis. Your insights will guide the development process, ensuring that the products you manage effectively meet the needs of higher education institutions. You will also track performance metrics to assess the impact of your initiatives and iterate on strategies as needed.
