You possess demonstrable experience administering Linux-based systems, which is crucial for this role. Your knowledge extends to virtualized environments such as VMWare, Docker, and Kubernetes, allowing you to navigate various deployment scenarios. Additionally, you have familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, and Azure, which enhances your ability to support customers in diverse environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve on the front line of Percona's MongoDB support organization, providing best-in-class technical support services to customers. You will resolve complex problems for customers with demanding deployments and business needs, ensuring their success with MongoDB. Your responsibilities will include assisting fellow support engineers and leading the way in creating support content and blogs that enhance the knowledge base.

You will collaborate with other departments to improve product strategy and customer satisfaction. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer trust and satisfaction.
