What you'll do

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for customers' DBA teams when they encounter issues that require your assistance. You will gather data, investigate problems, and provide solutions through various communication channels, including email, instant messaging, and voice calls. For critical issues, you will conduct screen-sharing sessions to guide customers through the resolution process. Additionally, you will contribute to the open-source community by writing blog posts and hosting webinars, sharing your knowledge and experiences with a wider audience. Your role is essential in helping customers optimize their database infrastructures and improve their overall performance.
