You have excellent knowledge of both RDBMS and MongoDB, including all aspects of configuration and best practices. Your expertise extends to schema design, performance tuning, query optimization, and index tuning, ensuring that you can handle demanding deployments and business needs effectively.

You possess demonstrable experience administering Linux-based systems, which is crucial for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Your familiarity with virtualized environments such as VMWare, Docker, and Kubernetes allows you to adapt to various technical challenges.

You are knowledgeable about cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, and Azure, which enhances your ability to support customers in diverse environments. Your methodical troubleshooting skills enable you to identify and apply fixes for known errors, while your capacity to think outside the box helps you tackle more complex problems.

You are enthusiastic about expanding your skill set with new technologies as the industry evolves, and you enjoy collaborating with fellow support engineers to improve the overall support organization. What you'll do

In this role, you will serve on the front line, providing best-in-class professional technical support services for MongoDB. You will resolve complex problems for customers, ensuring their deployments run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact the product strategy as you assist in blogging and creating support content.

You will collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and ensure that technical support aligns with product development. Your role will involve leading the way in support content creation, sharing your knowledge and insights with your team.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of MongoDB deployments, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their issues.
