You are passionate about the crypto ecosystem and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents for design.
You possess a strong command of design tools, particularly Figma, and are adept at creating design systems that streamline the design process. Your experience includes leading design projects from conception to launch, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the design iterations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions.
What you'll do
As a Staff Product Designer at Phantom, you will lead the design efforts for our crypto wallet, focusing on creating a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile platforms. You will define new product flows and integrate them into our design system, ensuring consistency and usability throughout the product. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to bring innovative ideas to life.
You will take complex, conceptual ideas and distill them into user-friendly designs that empower users to navigate the crypto ecosystem with ease. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights that inform design decisions, as well as iterating on designs based on user feedback.
