You understand how to bridge business objectives with technology, ensuring that data strategies align with client goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders makes you a trusted advisor in shaping KPIs and success metrics. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining a focus on innovation and data maturity.

You are passionate about helping organizations overcome their data challenges and are skilled at identifying opportunities for improvement. Your experience includes developing solution visions and roadmaps that drive data-driven decision-making. Desirable

Experience with additional data tools and platforms such as Fivetran, Pinecone, and Glean would be a plus. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards is also beneficial. You are a lifelong learner, eager to stay updated on the latest trends in data technology and AI.

What you'll do

As the Principal Solution Owner, you will take ownership of the solution vision and roadmap for client data and AI platforms. Your role will involve aligning strategies with business objectives and guiding clients toward higher data maturity. You will be the primary point of contact for executive and senior stakeholders, clarifying objectives and ensuring that outcomes are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify innovation opportunities and drive the implementation of data solutions.

You will lead discussions with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will help shape the direction of projects, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices and client expectations. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

In addition, you will mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles. You will contribute to a culture of technological curiosity and ownership within the team, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
