Who you are

You have over 8 years of experience as a hands-on Solutions Architect, designing and implementing data solutions that meet complex business needs. Your background includes at least 2 years in consulting leadership, where you've successfully managed external customer relationships while juggling multiple projects. You possess programming expertise in Java, Python, and/or Scala, allowing you to develop robust data solutions. Your familiarity with core cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, or GCP is essential, as is your ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries. You have demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

Desirable

Experience with additional data tools like Fivetran, Pinecone, Glean, and Atlation would be a plus, as would familiarity with advanced cloud certifications. You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable working across different time zones, contributing to a diverse team that values technological curiosity and ownership.

In this role, you will join phData's mission to help global enterprises overcome their toughest data challenges. You will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions, leveraging your expertise in cloud platforms and programming languages. Collaborating closely with clients, you will assess their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business success. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge of best practices in data architecture and implementation. You will also engage in continuous learning, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in the data space to ensure phData remains at the forefront of the industry.
