You have a strong background in managing modern data platforms, with at least 5 years of experience in cloud data technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your expertise in Snowflake and dbt allows you to navigate complex customer environments effectively, ensuring that you can provide tailored solutions that meet their unique data challenges. You are a proactive communicator who can articulate best practices and improvements to clients, helping them leverage their cloud data platforms to their fullest potential.

You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously. Your technical leadership skills enable you to guide clients through the intricacies of their data stacks, ensuring they achieve their goals efficiently. You are passionate about fostering a culture of technological curiosity and ownership, and you enjoy collaborating with diverse teams across different regions.

Desirable

Experience with Fivetran and Pinecone is a plus, as is familiarity with data lakes and analytics. You have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and can build Epics, Stories, and Tasks to enhance customer experiences. Your ability to navigate complex environments and provide strategic insights makes you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will operate and manage modern data platforms, guiding clients through the complexities of data lakes, streaming, and analytics. You will take ownership of multiple customer accounts, acting as a technical leader who can proactively identify best practices and improvements. Your responsibilities will include building Epics, Stories, and Tasks to help mature and improve customer data environments.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that leverage the latest cloud data technologies. Your role will involve navigating complex customer environments, ensuring that you can effectively communicate technical concepts and best practices to a variety of stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the data industry, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
