What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at phData, you will join the Elastic Platform Operations (EPO) team, providing managed services for cloud-native data platforms — your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and designing scalable solutions that meet those requirements. You will lead the implementation of data platforms, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and aligned with business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to drive successful project outcomes — your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be essential in this role. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of phData's service offerings — your insights and feedback will help shape the future of our managed services, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry.
