You have a proven track record in human resources, particularly in financial services, and possess strong leadership skills that enable you to drive HR initiatives effectively. Your experience includes developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring that the workforce is engaged and productive. You understand the complexities of the financial services industry and can navigate its unique challenges with ease.
You are adept at building relationships across all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate HR policies and initiatives clearly to both employees and management. You are also skilled in data analysis, using metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
What you'll do
As the HRBP Lead for PhonePe's Financial Services Businesses, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and objectives.
