What you'll do

As the HRBP Lead for PhonePe's Financial Services Businesses, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and objectives. You will partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and provide solutions that enhance employee engagement and performance. Your role will involve overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives to ensure that the organization attracts and retains top talent.

You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with PhonePe's values.
