PhonePe is hiring a Specialist - People Experience to join their HR team in Bangalore. You'll be responsible for managing various aspects of employee experience and engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for enhancing workplace culture.

Who you are

You have a solid background in human resources, ideally with experience in employee engagement and experience management. You understand the importance of creating a positive workplace culture and have a knack for problem-solving in HR contexts. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively interact with employees at all levels. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You are passionate about people and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage various aspects of the employee experience, from onboarding to ongoing engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure that employee feedback is heard and acted upon. You will help design and implement programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing employee engagement data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Your role will involve working closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's overall goals and objectives.
