You have a strong background in employee relations and are commercially minded, understanding the nuances of managing employee engagement within a fast-paced environment. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the employee relations strategy for the Merchant Business. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that employee engagement initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Your role will involve addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a culture of open communication.
You will also be tasked with analyzing employee feedback and metrics to continuously improve the employee experience. Collaborating with leadership, you will help implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention, ensuring that PhonePe remains a great place to work.
