Who you are
You have a proven track record in leading monetization and growth strategies, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment. Your experience includes managing teams and driving product growth through innovative strategies and data-driven decisions. You understand the nuances of user activation and retention, and you are skilled in pricing optimization and business model experimentation.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to inform your decisions. You have a collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your leadership style fosters creativity and innovation, empowering your team to explore new ideas and approaches.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or photo editing industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with B2C and B2B business models. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
What you'll do
As the Head of Monetization & Growth, you will lead the strategic objective for monetization and growth at Photoroom. You will work closely with multiple squads and growth managers across both mobile and web platforms to define and prioritize the product strategy and roadmap. Your focus will be on optimizing the user activation funnel and driving in-app retention, ensuring that our users have the best experience possible.
You will spearhead pricing optimization and business model experimentation to maximize paid subscriber revenue. This hands-on leadership role requires you to manage a small team of product growth managers while also directly leading a squad focused on these critical areas. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and drive results that contribute to the company's ambitious growth targets.

Photoroom offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of €120-140k and stock options. We are a remote-friendly company, allowing you to work from anywhere in Europe with monthly visits to our Paris office, fully reimbursed.
