You have a proven track record in monetisation strategy, ideally within a SaaS environment โ your experience includes designing pricing strategies that align with customer value and business goals. You understand the nuances of B2B pricing and have successfully implemented innovative monetisation models that drive revenue growth.
Your analytical skills are top-notch โ you can research and pilot new monetisation models that adapt to the evolving SaaS landscape. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product and marketing teams to ensure that new features are effectively packaged and positioned for maximum impact.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders. Your ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented allows you to maintain a focus on both the big picture and the execution of specific initiatives.
You are adaptable and open to change, understanding that the SaaS market is constantly evolving. You are committed to future-proofing monetisation strategies and are always on the lookout for new opportunities to innovate and improve.
What you'll do
As the Head of Monetisation Strategy, you will lead the development of Trustpilot's B2B pricing strategy and monetisation roadmap. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize the packaging of products to ensure they deliver the right value to customers across different segments. You will collaborate with product and product marketing teams to effectively package new features, enhancing upgrade rates and revenue generation.
You will conduct thorough research to explore new monetisation models that complement or enhance traditional SaaS subscription strategies. This involves piloting new approaches and assessing their effectiveness in aligning customer value with pricing. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing pricing structures to ensure they remain competitive and relevant.
Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that support Trustpilot's growth objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that monetisation strategies are integrated into the overall business strategy, driving alignment and collaboration across the organization.
