Pigment is hiring an Engineering Program Manager to help scale their engineering team. You'll work closely with engineers to improve processes and enhance team culture. This role does not involve people management.

You are driven by innovation and have a knack for identifying areas of improvement within processes, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Your experience has equipped you with the skills to work in a fast-paced environment, where you can adapt to changing priorities and help teams navigate challenges. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy being a part of a close-knit team that values open communication and shared goals. You are fluent in English, and while French is not required, you are open to learning and engaging with diverse teams.
