Pigment is seeking a Head of Customer Success for the EMEA region to drive adoption and value realization. You'll manage team leads and collaborate across functions to enhance customer engagement. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading teams in a SaaS environment. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel in engaging with executive-level customers to drive value realization. You possess strong analytical skills and are data-driven in your approach to operational rigor, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds customer expectations. You are fluent in both French and English, with additional European languages being a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively across diverse markets.
Desirable
Experience with planning or enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms is a nice-to-have, as is familiarity with the nuances of go-to-market strategies in the EMEA region. You understand the complexities of multi-market governance and can navigate these challenges effectively.
What you'll do
As the Head of Customer Success for EMEA, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and ensuring that clients realize the full value of Pigment's AI-powered business planning platform. You will directly manage Team Leads across Northern and Southern EMEA, setting the operational cadence for the current Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and leading the hiring and expansion of the team. Your role will involve orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partners, and Professional Services to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will also be tasked with developing strategies to improve Net Dollar Retention (NDR) across the region, ensuring that customers are not only satisfied but also advocates for Pigment.
