Overview

Pigment is hiring a Legal Counsel to support privacy compliance and advise on commercial matters across EMEA. This role requires expertise in privacy, data protection, and IP, ideally in a SaaS environment.

Who you are

You have strong expertise in privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and commercial law, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with various teams such as Legal, Product, Sales, and Operations. Your ability to navigate complex legal frameworks and provide clear guidance is essential for success in this role. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to strategic initiatives that align with Pigment's mission. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders effectively. You are proactive in identifying potential legal issues and providing solutions that support business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Pigment's privacy compliance efforts and strategic privacy initiatives. You will advise on a broad range of commercial matters, ensuring that the company's operations align with legal requirements across EMEA.
